UNWANTED ITEMS

Return or exchange an item - Our 60 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 60 days of receipt. Please email us for a returns number before you return your item.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt (Including original delivery charge). Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 60 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting when returning the item.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that when your item arrives, it has been damaged during transit. You must notify us by emailwithin 3 working days of receipt. You will then be issued with a returns number. Once you have your returns number please return the item to us.

We will send you a replacement on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will issue a full refund (Including original delivery charge).

Please note:

  • Damaged returns must be sent back with all the original packaging (bubblewrap etc.). We need the packaging so that we can make a claim with the carrier for the damage.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting when returning the item.
  • On receipt of your damaged item we will reimburse you for any reasonable postage costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you think that your item may have a fault please email us with the details of the fault and any other relevant information (eg. how the item was being used when the fault occurred, any other equipment connected, any power supply being used). If relevant we may give you instructions to try and resolve the issue or determine whether the product is faulty or whether there is another cause for the problem.

If we are unable to resolve the problem, you will be issued with a returns number. Once you have your returns number please return the item to us.

We will send you a replacement on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will issue a full refund (Including original delivery charge).

Please note:

  • We will accept returns for faulty items for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. (Please see the item description for any further manufacturer's warranty)
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting when returning the item.
  • On receipt of your faulty item we will reimburse you for any reasonable postage costs.
